Peter’s GINstory started at the Dante Bar/Zurich in 2011 with a Monkey Tonic. Since then, many different gins and tonics have followed. His “GIN – Das Buch” was published by AT Verlag at the end of October 2020. The edited 2nd edition is mid | end November 21 at the bookseller.
Gin Tonic Tasting Boxes
In the store you will discover new and well-known gin and tonic combinations. Individual boxes still come from the cooperation with 20 minutes. In this cooperation we had limited the five boxes to 1000 each – a few are still available. They were packaged by the Altried Foundation in Zurich. The Solvita Foundation sent them out.
We have also implemented our first collaborations in Germany. Three gin and tonic boxes are available in the store of the Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger.

GIN experiences (Tasting, Festivals, Dinners, and so on)
We repeatedly implement enjoyment experiences in public events. Be it in the annual “GIN Experience Festival” or with the still young “about spirits” festival. You have probably already seen our food themes. There we combine gin with food. Be it as a drink accompaniment or even as an ingredient of a course. At the so-called “GIN infused” dinners, the gin is processed with the food. Be it to deglaze vegetables or rice, to spice up a sauce, part of a marinade or simply to cook fish dishes. We have already worked with great chefs such as Till Bühlmann (50zu5 – star chef), Stefan Schüller (essgobar – 16 points Gault Millau) or in Germany with Frank Buchholz (TV and star chef) in the kitchen and gave the dishes that certain something with gin.
Of course we put together an individual evening, event for you. Whether there should be a real or virtual Gin Tasting, does not matter. We can implement all of this, or we have already done so.
