After the first successful event, the “spirits infused dinner” format continues. The second event will take place on June 3 at Kraftwerk in Zurich with the team around Michael Bischoff and chef Patrik Williner. Five different spirits will be incorporated into the five courses, that much is already revealed. And also that we will spend the evening with products from Häcky’s portfolio.
At the first event, we offered a vegetarian option. And we will keep it that way for the 2nd spirits infused dinner on June 3. The menu will follow at the beginning of next week from top chef Patrik Williner (head chef of the Kraftwerk).
Patrik Williner worked for a long time in London in a wide variety of kitchens, where he developed a keen sense for exceptional dishes. Among other things, he was allowed to work on the new opening of the restaurant ‘Roux @ The Landau’ in the legendary Langham Hotel on Oxford Street and be a part of the future success story of the restaurant. Guests were able to see this experience for themselves on the first evening during the Spirits Festival. The menu for the upcoming event at the end of April will be finalized in the next few days.
The event on April 29 is priced at CHF 160/person. In addition to Patrik Williner, the evening will be hosted by Michael Bischoff, manager of the Kraftwerk Restaurant, and Peter Jauch, book author and experience manager.
