At the first “about spirits @Kraftwerk” we started with the first spirits infused dinner event. The participants wished for more dates and treats from top chef Patrik Williner (head chef at Kraftwerk). This wish will now become reality – with a monthly event series starting on April 29. This first event will focus on different products from Pernod Ricard. From the classic cognac to a Swedish vodka to an Italian gin, and then on to a Mexican tequila and a Cuban rum.
Patrik Williner worked for a long time in London in a wide variety of kitchens, where he developed a keen sense for exceptional dishes. Among other things, he was allowed to work on the new opening of the restaurant ‘Roux @ The Landau’ in the legendary Langham Hotel on Oxford Street and be a part of the future success story of the restaurant. Guests were able to see this experience for themselves on the first evening during the Spirits Festival. The menu for the upcoming event at the end of April will be finalized in the next few days.

about «about spirits»
Is a brand of mobile-action GmbH – by Peter Jauch, among others book author | experience creator | event organizer | journalist | columnist
The company began with the development of the first GIN Experience Festival, which took place in 2018 in Zurich at the 25hours Hotel Langstrasse. Guests immersed themselves in the gin worlds of the brands, while experts shared interesting facts in masterclasses. Since 2020, there has been an online store in Switzerland with gin and tonic experience boxes, and AT Verlag published the first coffee table book with “GIN – Das Buch.” For over four years, epicureans have been discovering in smaller event formats how gin and food behave in combination – whether gin as an ingredient in a dish or as a drink. And now the implementation for many spirits is starting.
